DT-AVR ATMEGA128L BOOTLOADER MICRO SYSTEM is a single chip microcontroller module based on ATmega128L. This module equipped with bootloader which does not need additional programmer device to downloading code using In-System Programming feature. In-System Programming precess can be done through UART Communication using bootloader and AVR Bootloader software. This module also provides UART Communication for communicate with computer or another device through USB, UART TTL or UART RS-232.

Specifications :

  • Based on ATmega128L microcontroller and provide the following features:

    • 124 Kbyte (4 Kbyte for bootloader) Flash memory.

    • Eight 10-bit ADC.

    • Low power (2,7 V - 5,5 V).

    • 52 Input/Output.

    • 7,3728 Oscillator frequency.

  • Comes with bootloader that can be used to program microcontroler using In-System Programming feature through UART Communication.

  • In-System Programming needs AVR Bootloader software from Innovative Electronics.

  • In-System Programming can be done though USB or Serial RS-232 UART (by RJ-45 Connector).

  • Does not need additional programmer device to downloading code to the microcontroller.

  • Equipped RS-232 UART Communicate through USB Port (by on-board USB to RS-232) or Serial Port.

  • Comes with manual reset with tactile switch.

  • Available option of 6 – 12V Power Supply input (through on-board voltage regulator) or 3,3 – 5V (without regulator).

  • Available option of 3,3 or 5V on-board voltage regulator output.

  • Available voltage output connector.

  • Comes with Application Note to explain how to uses this module with AVR Bootloader software.

  • Available USB driver, CodeVisionAVR Evaluation version software, manual, datasheet, and circuit schematic.
