DT-I/O Graphic LCD 240x64 is a graphic LCD display module which can be used to show monochrome image or text with 2 different sizes. This module can be used to show company logo, personal data, temperature and humidity data, etc.

Specification :
- Display resolution 240 x 64 pixels.
- Black character with yellow-green backlight.
- 2 font size options: 6 x 8 and 8 x 8 pixels.
- Provided with ImageViewer2 program (only for DT-51™ Minimum System/PetraFuz ver. 3.x) for *.BMP image preview and converting *.BMP image into ASM.
- Provided with ready to use routines (ASM51) and program examples (ASM51©, CVAVR©, BASCOM-8051©, and BASCOM-AVR©).
- Fully compatible with DT-51™ Minimum System ver 3.x, DT-51™ PetraFuz, DT-51™ Low Cost Micro System, and DT-AVR Low Cost Micro System, also support other microcontroller/microprocessor system.
- Requires power supply +5VDC.
