DT-AVR LOW COST NANO SYSTEM is a single chip microcontroller module based on AT90S2313 with 2KByte Flash Program Memory, 128Byte SRAM, and 128Byte EEPROM. Started 2007, DT-AVR LOW COST NANO SYSTEM used ATtiny2313 AVR microcontroller which has 2KByte ISP Flash Program Memory, 128 Byte EEPROM dan 128Byte SRAM.
