DT-AVR LOW COST NANO SYSTEM is a single chip microcontroller module based on AT90S2313 with 2KByte Flash Program Memory, 128Byte SRAM, and 128Byte EEPROM. Started 2007, DT-AVR LOW COST NANO SYSTEM used ATtiny2313 AVR microcontroller which has 2KByte ISP Flash Program Memory, 128 Byte EEPROM dan 128Byte SRAM.

Specifications:

  • One 8-bit Timer/Counter and one 16-bit Timer/Counter which can be used as PWM

  • On-chip Analog Comparator.

  • Programmable Watchdog Timer.

  • Full Duplex UART.

  • One 8-bit Timer/Counter and one 16-bit Timer/Counter

  • Four PWM

  • Support another 20-pin AVR Microcontroller, such as AT90S1200 and ATtiny2313(V).

  • Need additional DT-HiQ AVR In System Programmer, DT-HiQ AVR USB ISP, or DT-HiQ AVR-51 USB ISP module to downloading code into microcontroller.

  • 15 I/O

  • 4MHz Crystal Oscillator and UART RS-232

  • Equipped with manual reset electronics circuit by tactile switch and brown-out detector.

  • 9-12VDC power supply and provide 5VDC output voltage.

  • 1x DT-AVR Low Cost Nano System board.

  • 1x Serial cable.
