DT-AVR Low Cost Micro System is a single chip module based on ATmega16A which has 16K Bytes Flash Memory, 1K Bytes SRAM, and 512 Bytes EEPROM (ATmega8535 has 8K Bytes Flash Memory, 512 Bytes SRAM, and 512 Bytes EEPROM). DT-AVR Low Cost Micro System comes with 8 channels 10-bit ADC.

Starting from SN 51.14.7455, DT-AVR Low Cost Micro System is upgraded from ATmega8535 to ATmega16A.
