DT-Sense OmniMic is a sound sensor/microphone module that uses the Analog Devices ADMP421 IC production. IC ADMP421 digital microphone is omni-directional MEMS are affordable and small power consumption. The IC consists of elements of MEMS microphone, the amplifier output, sigma delta modulator and the fourth level. This module features a digital communications line that allows output PDM (Pulse Density Modulated) from 2 microphone-based ADMP421 can be accessed with only 2 pin microcontroller, i.e. a single line of data and one clock line. This module also has a SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) as well as a high senstivitas so it can be applied in many fields. Low current consumption and availability of sleep mode that utilizes a battery as a power source.
Have available a sample program interface with microcontroller in a DVD package that can be developed according to the application user.
