DT-I/O I²C To Parallel Converter is 16 line parallel I/O module with 2x8-bit pin configuration which can be read and written through I2C communication. This module can be used to expand I/O on microcontroller.

  • 5VDC input voltage.
  • Based on PCA9539 which can work on 2,3VDC up to 5,5VDC level voltage.
  • I2C interface, bitrate up to 400kHz.
  • Two ports, each port consist of eight I/O.
  • RESET function to default configuration.
  • Interrupt function.
  • Each I/O able to drive current up to 10mA (source) or 25mA (sink).
  • Can be cascade up to four modules in one I2C bus.
  • Comes with example code in C language (CodeVisionAVR) for DT-AVR Low Cost Micro System.
  • Compatible with various type of microcontroller.
