DT-I/O I2C Peripheral is a module that consists optional 8-bit Analog-to-Digital & Digital-to-Analog Converter (ADDA), serial EEPROM, and Real-Time Clock (RTC) DS1307. All of the peripherals are accessible through I2C interface. You can use this module in many applications such as temperature monitoring, motor controller, attendance, datalogger, digital clock, robot, etc.

Specifications :

  • 8-bit ADDA PCF8591 with '000' address (optional):
    • 4 channel ADC input, can be programmed as single ended or differential input.
    • 1 channel DAC output.
    • Maximum conversion time for ADC and DAC = 90 us.
    • Maximum linearity Error for ADC and DAC = 1,5 LSB.
    • VREF = 2,5 Volt (using LM336-2.5V).
    • Analog input range: 0 - 2,5 Volt (single ended input), -1,25 - +1,25 Volt (differential input).
    • Analog output range: 0 - 2,5 Volt.
    • 1 output pin for internal osilator.
  • RTC:
    • Counts second, minute, hour, date, month, day, and year in Binary-coded Decimal (BCD) format.
    • Leap year compensation until year 2100.
    • 2 hour mode: 12 hours (AM/PM) dan 24 hours.
    • 56 byte Nonvolatile SRAM.
    • 3 VDC Lithium backup battery.
    • 1 pin output for square wave signal with programmable frequency (1 Hz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, atau 32 kHz).
  • Serial EEPROM:
    • 1x AT24C01A (1 Kbit) with '000' address.
    • 2 sockets 8-pin DIP for AT24Cxxx, with '001' and '011' address.
    • I2C serial interface, only 2 lines needed, for data and clock.
    • 5 VDC working voltage.
